Heed is a beautiful spa. The owner is an osteopath, and the treatments are very intentional and therapeutic. I did a facial. My skin is so dry and sensitive. I came out of the treatment like a new person, my skin feels soft and hydrated. The therapist was very well trained and the products are organic and effective. Take the opportunity to buy this Groupon. You will be very pleased.

The massage therapist was great. I really enjoyed it. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that they use vinegar instead of fabric softener for their sheets and it had a strong odor that I did not like...

My masseuse made me feel rushed telling me immediately that she had a client afterwards. She actually injured my neck. The only thing positive was the receptionist and clean atmosphere.

Bought Groupon with coupon code and when i arrived she made me pay the remainder of the Groupon before she would even begin the massage. How tacky and unprofessional!!! If she wasn’t going to honor the deal then Groupon should have never let me use the promo code. Worst spa and Groupon experience ever. Don’t waste your time with this place all they care about is money not the consumer experience.
