Now that Candyland has been overrun with ugly resorts and pasty German tourists, Americans need to find a new, unspoiled paradise made of sugary sweets. Today's Groupon gets you a one-way ticket there with $10 worth of treats and drinks at Hello Desserts for $5. Hello Desserts’ Hostetter Road location is open late from noon until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 12:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday to sate all of your non-mortal-blood-related nocturnal cravings, so drop by with Groupon in hand.
Hello Desserts' aromatic kitchens create more than 200 items to put the sprinkle twinkle in your eye, including miniature European gourmet cakes, Asian dessert treats, fresh smoothies, gelato, and more. Bite your various sweet teeth into an active chocolate lava cake ($4.95), vanilla crème brûlée with Tahitian vanilla bean ($4.25), profiterole (ice cream–filled puff, $2.99), or cold tofu pudding with fresh mango ($4.85). If you’re dead set on spoiling your appetite by eating lunch first, try a filling
grilled chicken panini ($6.45) or some age gyoza with citrus soy sauce ($5.50).
You’ll only be able to use one Groupon per visit, but you can buy enough Groupons to cover all 200 Hello Desserts desserts, at which point your endorphins will shoot out the top of your head and pachinko balls will flood out of your navel.
