Relaxation Massage, also referred to as a Swedish Massage, is an often full-body massage that is solely aimed at targeting trouble spots such as knots, but more so to allow an individual the ability to achieve a state of relaxation and calmness. A combination of gentle and rhythmical strokes, light pressure and a focus on breathing, encourage the mind and body to temporarily let go of the anxieties of our daily lives. Although Swedish Massage doesn't necessarily focus on a specific area of the body, it is a full-body experience that many find as an escape.
For added benefits, including Aromatherapy, are great for those who are open to adding a little extra to your session. Essential oils added to the lotion/gel or used in a diffuser allow for a mind, body and soul level of relaxation. Depending on a person's preference, the scent of the preferred essential oil will provide different responses. For example, Lavender, for some people can increase relaxation while Geranium often provides a rejuvenating effect. *Appointments made for 60 minutes, with 50 minutes hands on.*
