Your 45-minute class will kick off with a structured, coach-led warm-up to get your body warm. From there, our team will go over your workout and help tailor it to your needs. Your boot camp-style class will consist of core work, pushing, pulling, and other unique calorie-burning exercises. Equipment will include items like barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and ropes. Don't worry if you are unfamiliar with the equipment - our coaches provide detailed instructions for each step of the process. We always emphasize safety and stick to careful protocols.
Full 6 week Transformation includes 6 weeks of classes, nutrition coaching and counseling, weekly scans for results tracking, and of course accountability coaching. Our members have seen double digit weight management and great results in reducing body fat.
