i have been trying to get the product i paid for back in june. i have had no responce from their site. ive tried multiple times to contact them and have recieved no responce. the event i had purchased it for has come and gone.

I am so disappointed with the Groupon, I followed all of the steps (not once, but twice) to receive what I purchased and I never receive any follow-up contact (no email, no phone call, nothing) or did I ever receive my items - now my Groupon has expired and I'm out of my money and I still did not receive anything. Please don't waste your time with this company.
