What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Working in hospital care for over 20 years has shown me the gaps that are missing in the care of our seniors in the home. Patient advocacy is important and listening to the person needing care needs to be a priority. Medication compliance helps keep patients from returning to the hospital.
What do you love most about your job?
Making a difference is what I love about my job. I like seeing clients healing faster than anticipated and getting back into life sooner than expected. Nothing says success like seeing a big smile on the face of the client. Life is a journey and helping clients maintain a quality of life is good!
