I purchased this back in June and was good until February when I called and talked to her she said no I don’t take Groupon and I said I purchased it and it is still good so you need to make good on it. She kept saying no no no and then finally she seemed to understand so I made appointment went all the way to Albuquerque, which is a long drive for me because I’ll live in the east mountains. When I got there, she opened the door. She looked at me again like she did not know or understand what I was doing she said again I do not take Groupon. I showed her my phone and I showed her where it was at and that it was still good until February. I don’t think she liked it. She still act like she did not understand the massage was nothing compared to where I have went before I felt like she was doing nothing. She was. About the Groupon thing or what and then once she was done and I walked out she said oh where’s the tip? I didn’t have cash on me, but I thought that was really rude after everything for her to say where’s my tip she didn’t get a tip. I will not be going back there.

TERRIBLE!! She wouldn’t answer the phone to book an appointment, booked an appointment online she told us that she didn’t have time to come back an hour later . During the massage her phone kept going off and she even answered a phone call. She also cut the massage short and started late.
