14 years as a division one college basketball coach turned personal trainer gives me experience to help anyone of any age or skill level achieve their maximum fitness goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Each workout will be unique and use different types of equipment to promote a fun, fast paced, and energetic atmosphere.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted those that don't feel comfortable going to a gym or working out in front of others to have the same opportunities and get the same motivation as those that do. Most people have no clue how to get started or put together a complete workout and that's what I do.

What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love being able to help people get healthy and achieve whatever their goals might be. I am all about developing relationships with my clients and guiding them through every phase of their transition.
