A new boutique studio, I Heart Pilates features state-of-the-art Balanced Body equipment and certified quality instruction in Pilates, GYROTONIC®, barre, and yoga, with emphasis on individual needs in fun and motivating classes.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
With skilled, passionate instruction and never-the-same workout, classes won't feel like a stagnate routine. Watch your muscle tone increase while receiving the benefits of stretching, abdominal strengthening, and relaxation.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I Heart Pilates was created as an educational platform for passionate Pilates, barre, yoga, and GYROTONIC® people! We love to share our knowledge, experience, and passion with our clients while helping them to look and feel better in an enjoyable and energetic setting.

What do you love most about your job?
As quoted from Master Instructor Jeannine Corbel, "Teaching is my life's passion! It gives me great satisfaction to know that I can help my clients on a physical and mental level and give them a greater mind-body connection. Mat classes are based on the exercise system created by Joseph Pilates.
