Enjoy a 30 Day period of unlimited Chair and or Rope Classes. Chair classes are each Tuesday at 10:00 -11:30. Rope Classes are each Friday at 10:00-11:30. All iYoga teachers are Certified Iyengar Teachers. Certification requires 1,000's of hours of study and practice. This process ensures that you are in a safe and caring environment. The use of Chairs and Ropes assists the Student in gaining proper alignment of the body so that they can gain the full benefit of the Yoga pose. Please come and join us. IN STUDIO ONLY.
