For owner Stacey Heiny, Pilates is more than fitness: it's a gateway to a more comfortable and active life. Heiny, like her fellow instructors at Inner You Pilates, help their students to strengthen their bodies and improve flexibility in classes that cater to each student's ability level. That doesn't mean classes don't still offer plenty of challenges, though. Sessions can utilize the chair, barre, or Reformer, or keep things grounded with the highly-advanced technology that is the floor.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We pride ourselves on a small class environment and welcome everyone to our studio. It's all about community and we're all on the same journey of finding our Inner strength and growing from within.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We offer periodic challenges at the studio and have many different mind body class types all under one roof to keep things fun and new for everyone.
