What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I have a passion for working with people to meet their goals and want nothing more than my clients to succeed and leave the studio with a smile on their face.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I like to show clients new and different exercises to keep the workouts interesting. As a personal trainer my job is to motivate clients and help them realize they are capable of achieving their goals and I will be there every step of the way.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love being active and I wanted to share my passion with others. I also understand that life is busy, being a mom myself, finding time to workout is a challenge. I want to help clients find the balance so they can live a long, healthy life with the ones they love.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and I love being active, so what could be a more perfect job for me? I want to help people achieve their goals and give them the confidence that they can do anything they put their mind to!
