What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My cousin has been a piano technician in the East Bay for 30 years, she inspired me and brought me into the trade.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction I get from start to finish, from educating my clients, to hearing the sound of the instrument improve and making something just that little bit better.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
How happy their visiting guest pianist was, with my tuning, and how attentive I was to getting their piano ready for a home concert that weekend. (That piano had not seen any care in years and a mouse had made a house in it)
