About Jabz Boxing

Jabz Boxing can seem a bit overwhelming the first time one walks through the fitness studio's door. But just 10 minutes into the first class, things start to make sense. Far from intimidating, the workouts present a fun and refreshing change of pace, with constantly changing exercises.

Inspired by the techniques of boxing, the workouts incorporate swift jabs to punching bags and other non-combative exercises taken straight from the ring. Classes can be taken at any level of fitness, so beginners can ease into the workouts, and experts don't have to challenge themselves by precariously balancing dumbbells on their foreheads.
