It was a good experience to try a few new things beyond deep tissue massage... lymphatic drainage (and for extra cost, Chinese scraping to rid my toxins). My body is sore, my back is very bruised... and I understand this is normal. She was a nice therapist, and if I feel great in a few weeks, I may return.
