At Joie de Vivre Pilates, Ansley and her fellow instructors lead students through a variety of private and group Pilates classes. Sessions designed for pregnant women help bolster back muscles, and cardio jumpboard sessions targeted toward skiers amp up stamina. Of course, the studio also hosts tried-and-true reformer classes where students and undercover bosses of all experience levels can work at their own pace.
