Owner Justin Arecchi and his team make ice cream—as well as gelato, sorbets, and sherbets—the old fashioned way: They mix it by hand. The staffers scoop up traditional flavors as well as more unusual ones, such as caramel apple and cantaloupe, creating a selection that's a vast as it is consistently delicious, prompting the San Antonio Current to advise its readers, "Just close your eyes and pick and you won’t be disappointed."
