I have used this twice, once for a pillow with a picture of a loved one's dog that just had to be put to sleep, and once for a pillow with my sister's dog that is just getting old. The results were wonderful. I had double-sided pictures done on larger pillows. They arrived quickly. Both people were delighted with them. The voucher saved me money on something I wouldn't have thought of doing otherwise. I'm glad I did!

I purchased 3 of these. I didn’t realize it was only 5 letters or see it at the time I purchased it. I could not fit any of my kids names on the signs for there weddings. I put my husband’s name on one of the two included in the voucher. The voucher was about $39. I put Ricky on the fist one and ‘s gym on the second one instead of what I actually purchased them for. Even with that, I picked every basic options and it was still about $75 more. I said I can not use these and was told too bad no refunds. I usually pay for the voucher and if there is going to be more costs, they say that. I want my money back and can’t get get anyone to answer me.
