Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
First the mat classes are tailored specifically for who is in class. Then there is a plethora of exercises available with pilates to avoid boredom of a repetitive routine. We, also, incorporate pilates apparatus’ to give a variety and an even deeper dimension of a workout.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
Music can calm or increase the heartrate. At Kamala Rose, Pilates, we play music according to our workout and our clients enjoyment.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
Private Pilates, Semi-privates, and Reformer Classes are available as well as Mat classes. We also offer Reflexology which works in conjunction with pilates to promote circulation.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn’t cover?
