Loved!! The website is straight forward for booking. The room was awesome! We enjoyed dressing up and listening to the Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack while we worked. We had a couple technical issues with the puzzles, but the employee watching us came in and solved our issues easily. Great buy, and cheaper than every other escape room on the island.

We bought the Escape the Room Groupon for my daughter's 16th birthday. I was disappointed. This was not the best experience. They did not answer the phones, I did not receive a confirmation email when booking online, we were put in the room with our time going without it being properly reset from the previous group, there were technical difficulties and the rooms were in need of repair (wallpaper coming off the walls, items shabby and over used). The gal that was working was in charge of both the Karaoke and Escape Rooms. While she was sweet, she very flustered and unprepared to run both alone and the man that took over the Karaoke while we were there did not have good customer service skills. She knew how poorly this experience went and apologized profusely, offering to ask her boss if he'd give us a discount to come back. I wish I could say I would recommend them or go back, but I don't know that I would.
