A room full of three-year-olds kicking and yelling is no cause for alarm at Karate America DeForest. The youngsters are learning the basics of karate—and building respect and self-confidence—in the KinderKickers class. As students grow, the classes grow with them, imparting knowledge of self-defense moves such as kicking and hand techniques, but most of all, respect. Teen, adults, and families have their own karate classes and can also participate in Cardio Kickboxing, Toning and Zumba classes.
