Firstly, our hospitality. Then our professionalism. Aside from us having the best lash extension deal in NYC we specialize in using all natural products & essential oils for our waxing and massage treatments. Additionally, we have licensed professionals providing expert care with each procedure.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When I worked in nail salons, I developed return clients very quickly. In additional to great services, what they appreciated most was the care & warmth I provided them. So, I wanted to create a more personal experience with great service at their convenience, every time. And KarmaCare was born.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to provide great services with a great team of people who truly care about hospitality. When people welcome you into their homes or personal space, it is an honor & we treat it that way. We create an ambience wherever we travel and render smiles that are infectious to our clients!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A client told me, "You must have great Karma because you have such a genuine spirit of caring!" It was so inspiring & encouraging, I named my company after my first name "Karma" plus the "Care" I live to provide each customer, each time. And there is no better feedback than a returning client.
