About Us
Kinetic Kickboxing is a groundbreaking martial arts academy that is dedicated to teaching unique and practical self-defense techniques. As an innovative martial arts system, our school focuses on creative and effective striking techniques, emphasizing fluid motion through the transition of Kinetic Energy from one technique into the next. Our movement mechanics, punching and kicking combinations are not only fun to perform, but are intended to be practical in the event an altercation occurs.
We regularly develop and test our skills through light/no-contacting sparring, implementing our unique blocking methods that hack into reflexes. Our collaborative/non-competitive environment, individualized coaching system, and science-based muscle activation techniques empowers our students to make rapid progress and become martial arts masters.

With this Groupon voucher, participants will be able to take as many classes as they like within 14-days (2-week pass) or 30-days (1-month pass).
Class Details:
Current Adult class schedule (Age's 12+):
- Monday - 6:00 pm
- Tuesday - 6:00 pm
- Wednesday - 6:00 pm
- Thursday - 6:00 pm
- Saturday - 11:00 am
- Additional classes may be opened based on popular demand.
Prospective Youth class Schedule (Ages 6 - 11)
- Monday - 4:00 pm
- Tuesday - 4:00 pm
- Wednesday - 4:00 pm
- Thursday - 4:00 pm
- Friday - 4:00 pm
- This is a prospective schedule and may change based on popular demand.
Classes are 1-hour long. We recommend bringing a bottle of water and boxing gloves, if you have them. If not, we can provide them for you.
Once Groupon offer has been redeemed, clients will be required to pay standard tuition. Additional discounts are available based on financial need. Please inquire to see if you qualify.
