Steven was very thorough, he provided an evaluation after I told him of the issues I am having. He explained to me what could be causing my issues and how to minimize. The massage was very good, deep massage for 90mins but not a"hurting" massage. I was so impressed that I immediately booked another massage a month from now. I highly recommend Knots B4 Today Massage
