About KoNeko Dojo
This amazing karate program is lead by Sensei Stephan Metcalfe, current 4th Degree Black Belt in Shorei GoJu Ryu. A direct descendant of ‘Bakers Dojo’, Sensei Stephan aims to guide every child and adult in self defense, self defense and more! This program is based on real life self defense, sport karate and competition as well as fitness and family. There are more than 3 other instructors totaling over 100 years of experience and knowledge of different styles that allow for growth at every level.
