My regular therapist was booked so I found them on groupon. It started well, then about 5-7 minutes into my session her phone rang and she answered it and booked an appointment while doing my massage. I let it slide. It happened AGAIN and she left the room DURING my session to look at her schedule and book a 2nd customer. I got up and got dressed and didn't finish my session. POOR customer service
