LAKO co-owner Yuichi Ohi has coached famous actors into shape for roles in blockbusters including Transformers and The Great Gatsby. But he spends most of his time providing that same caliber of training to the ordinary kids, teens, and adults that train at LAKO's gym each week. The gym's staffers—including MMA fighters, bodybuilders, fitness models, and stuntmen—specializes in everything from boxing and kickboxing to boot camp and various martial arts. They help beginners and experts advance their goals through personalized attention during exercises, bag work, and sparring in the onsite ring.
