What You'll Get
Inaccessible to the hands, back musculature often falls prey to freeloading "kick me" signs and hitchhiking parrots. Liberate a beleaguered back with today's Groupon: for $39, you get a 60-minute Swedish massage at La Riva Massage, located in the Tuscany Hotel near the Strip (up to an $80 value).
Exterminating stress 24 hours a day, both at its office and on location at nearby hotels and residences, La Riva Massage and its certified and licensed therapists tenderize tissue based on individual needs and requests. During pre-massage interviews, La Riva’s skilled kneaders get to know their clients’ medical history, past massage experiences, and physical and mental health, allowing them to plan around phantom limbs and superfluous elbows. During a 60-minute full-body Swedish massage, the muscle manipulators draw from their knowledge of the client and their extensive training and experience to incorporate various massage modalities and techniques, all applied in a style as delightfully Swedish as a meatball bobbing across the surface of an icy fjord. Committed to two-sided communication and customer satisfaction, the therapists request client feedback on factors such as pressure and temperature to enhance comfort.
The spa's unpretentious, intimate ambiance sets a peaceful mood as muscle fibers are fine-tuned as precisely as a solid-gold harpsichord. With today’s Groupon, you’ll also get an additional 25% off additional spa services as well as access to all Tuscany Hotel amenities.

About La Riva Massage and Spa at Tuscany Suites & Casino
Joshua Lemmens always knew he wanted to help others. Two years of medical school launched Joshua's vocational journey before he decided to join the U.S. Air Force. After eight years of contributing to the health and safety of the country, he again switched gears and became an entertainer, singing and lifting spirits in Vegas and beyond. When Joshua's mother fell ill, however, he immediately stopped his travels and began learning the art of massage in order to help her feel better.
In 2011, Joshua collaborated with Tuscany Suites & Casino to open La Riva Massage and Spa, located inside the hotel's fitness center (between hotel buildings "I" and "K"). In both of La Riva's two massage rooms, guests relax atop heated massage tables as therapists use their nationally certified and state-licensed hands to relieve tension and ease pain. Clients can customize their sessions by choosing a male or female therapist and dialing into their preferred Pandora stations.
Because Joshua puts a big emphasis on relaxation, La Riva Massage and Spa often schedules a 30-minute window between sessions. This way, guests don't feel rushed out the door and therapists have enough time to massage each other's massaging hands.
