As a nationally qualified Women's Physique NPC competitor, United States Army Physical Fitness Trainer, Zumba Instructor, Small Group Instructor and fully qualified and accredited personal trainer, I’ve been helping the residents of Charlotte, NC get fit, one body at a time.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By providing weekly check-ins, professional guidance and positive reinforcement.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've always had a heart for customer service and community service. The ability to help people achieve their personal health and fitness goals, fulfills my purpose here on Earth.
