Best service hands down Doug and his team are an incredible experience when traveling to Vegas. One more thing on my bucket list crossed off.

Our pilot at Las Vegas Balloon rides was awesome- he had jokes and cool info to tell us during the ride. Very friendly guy who love what he does. I love that our groupon deal included breakfast! Ride was peaceful- the only thing I will say is that they hold 10 people in the basket- I wasn't expecting that many people per ride so I felt alittle cramped. So if you can afford it, then I would pay the extra to have a more personalized ride. Overall, loved it! and Crossed something off my bucketlist!!

Doug and his guys were great!! He returned all my calls and communicated the process all along the way! The ride was incredible.....amazing views, great information, and we even had a couple parachute jumpers from the balloon which was really cool to watch! Highly recommend this to anyone!

They will redeem your coupon even if you haven't gone on the hot air balloon ride. They also lack in customer service and find ways to blame the customers even though they have unreasonable rules like expecting to call to verify a flight between the hours of 5 pm to 6 pm.

Jesica, I am sorry but I am just seeing this review. In order to not have everyone drive out very early in the morning, we always tell our passengers to call us to confirm the weather.
