Booking required: You must book your appointment directly through Groupon. You can secure your booking at the time of purchase using the 'Book now' option. Alternatively, if you prefer to schedule your appointment later, you can select the 'Buy now, book later' option and complete your booking in the 'My Stuff' section of Groupon after purchasing the voucher.
Cancellation and rescheduling: Any booking changes (cancellations or rescheduling) can be made directly through the Groupon booking interface in the ''My Stuff'' section without needing to contact the merchant.
