This was my first time doing Pilates. Susan is a great instructor and I felt at ease as she guided us through the class. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

It was a small class and Susan is very hands on. She helped me keep the correct form. It’s a good overall workout. I was a bit sore the next day but I was fine after a couple of days. Looking forward to my next class!
