I had a great deep tissue massage with Lisa. I felt my stiffness and knots really loosened. Note that this is not a relaxing Swedish massage but one aimed to be more therapeutic and relieve aches and pains. I believe coconut oil was used which was more moisturizing and less oily than some typically used massage oils. It was definitely a very good experience.

    Coco was great and really gave a fantastic massage. My frozen shoulder is better and I feel like I now know where my tight areas are so I can better focus on them using a foam roller! Very clean, professional, calming environment.
