The bed was hard and uncomfortable. For 2 hours, I should have had a full body experience. My arms weren't done and there were flickering lights so even with my eyes closed, I couldn't relax. I gave a minimum tip as he seems to be a young man trying to make build and I like to support positivity. Must get a real massage table- amazon for less than $150. Lower music volume and dim steady lights.
