Age Requirement - Guests must be over the age of 18 years old to receive spa services.
Cancellation Policy - Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. Cancellations under the required time frame will result in forfeiting the Groupon voucher. A credit card is required for a guaranteed appointment.
24% Service Charge - For your convenience our 24% service charge (off full retail value) will be added to all services. This will cover the therapist's gratuity. any additional gratuity for exceptional service will be at the guest's discretion. Sunseeker Resorts is a cash-free property.
Check-In - Please arrive 20 minutes early and check in with the concierge desk in the main lobby. Let them know you are a spa guest, and they will escort you to the elevators. As a courtesy to other spa guests and staff, we are unable to extend treatment time due to late arrival.
