About Lotus Fitness Studio
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our instructors are trained, certified and love to share their passion with students. Classes take place in safe and intimate environment with hands on instruction. We have thirteen, 12 foot poles with plenty of room between poles, allowing students to dance and spin freely.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We empower each student by boosting self confidence and self acceptance. We provide a fun workout that improves physical and mental health. We modify moves and workouts that focus and adapt to each students level of fitness, while also challenging them to push to the next level.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We opened the studio with good intentions and we wanted to create a place where people, especially women could gather and learn to love themselves, grow as individuals, become stronger physically, mentally and spiritually and make connections with other like minded individuals.
What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing our students flourish and become stronger physically, mentally and spiritually. We love to see our instructors share their passion for dance with each student. Finally, we love the positive, uplifting energy of the studio, which is what Lotus Fitness Studio stands for. #goodvibesonly
