What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are patient, and our goal is simply to make things easy for you. We help students, seniors, job seekers and injured workers, law firms, and small businesses to get the skills they want. We teach one-on-one, and in small or large groups, at whatever location you prefer. Since 1987.
Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
We provide memory notes and handbooks and laminated reminder cards.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We went from one-on-one tutoring in English, math, and guitar lessons to teaching fast document skills at law firms. A surprising new focus came in 1987, teaching back-to-work computer skills to injured workers. Working with students led to making the computer easy for their parents and grandparents.
What do you love most about your job?
My favorite part of teaching is seeing someone do the things they thought they would not understand. I like seeing someone becoming confident where they were confused or nervous. The computer is for all of us regular people. Anyone can get good skills if a patient helper shows them what to do.
