The lounge typically houses around 10–20 cats at a time, ensuring a balanced ratio between guests and cats for a calm and enjoyable experience. To maintain this balance and protect the cats’ well-being, the lounge limits the number of visitors allowed at one time.

Luna Cat Collective is Howard County's First Taiwanese Cat Cafe!
Come play, socialize, and get to know the cats in our spacious Cat Lounge! These cats are free to roam the space, sleep wherever they'd like, and play, pounce, & chase the various toys offered to them.
Every cat is adoptable and comes from our rescue partner, Small Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue. Get to know their big personalities as they get their second chance at life in a forever home!
We are located in Ellicott City within the Normandy Business Center and recommend parking in the JS Taekwondo parking lot.
