Wow!! I am taking virtual classes here and they are AMAZING!! This is just what I needed during these stressful times!! Easy to sign up for classes and the instructors are WONDERFUL!! I feel connected with the class even from home!! I can’t rave enough about this studio and it’s terrific teachers and classes!!

The studio was so zen & very comfortable! Our teacher Eve was outstanding with teaching gentle Yin Yoga! The yin poses were very easy & healing. Eve was most helpful with maximizing the stretch in the poses & instructing me to get the yin pose/breathing benefits. Every pose was therapeutic. Yin Yoga with Eve was very relaxing & challenged my practice. I’m so excited to continue yoga at Luna Sol!!!
