At our Clinic, we also offer programs that start with a full-body assessment with measurements that include 100+ different movement tests to determine all the body's weaker, tighter, more limited, and compromised movement patterns. This begins your journey to better understand the messages your body is sending about pain and discomfort in your movement patterns. We then create a tailored program for home exercise that you can practice daily in the comfort of your own home.
