When we got there staff repeatedly asked us how much we paid for the Groupon. Then they rushed the massages and tried to upcharge us $40 extra for more time to get the rest of the body that was supposed to be included in the full body massage. After we refused they continued to rush us out. Once it was time to go they began begging for tips and when I said I had no cash they begged me to Apple Pay.. it was absolutely ridiculous.

Tried to book a birthday massage. This was two weeks before and I was told that I could not book until the week of the massage. Called back that week of and was told they are completely booked on that day. I explained the situation from the earlier call, and she made it right and gave me my time I was looking for. She asked me if I need a male or female. I asked for female. When I was laying on the table a man came in and started to massage me. I said there was a mistake I asked for a female. He said there is only one and she is with another client. Just frustrating experience from beginning to end when it should have been relaxing!
