What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have the only machine of its ind in LA and we tailor specific programs to fit each clients fitness goal needs. We will create a playlist as per each clients request to the music of their liking.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I am a highly motivated and spiritual Instructor and I make sure to stay in tune with where the clients are at mentally so that I know the most powerful moment to use positive affirmations! I also encourage the clients to use them as well.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love pilates/fitness and I have a special gift to motivate and inspire so I felt it my duty to share that gift with the world.
