About MakersKit
Childhood friends Mike and Jawn have taught thousands of hands-on crafts courses all over the San Francisco Bay area. But it seemed like at the end of each class, students wanted more. They wanted to re-create the projects at home, and driving all over town to pick up supplies and tools was inconvenient. They also wanted to be able to share the projects as gifts for others.
The duo listened and created MakersKit, a one-stop source where visitors learn to try something new. Inside your kit, you’ll find all the supplies you need to start and finish a project, whether it’s loose tea leaves and hot-seal bags to blend your own tea, or soap bases, molds, and fragrance oils to make your own soap. PDF instruction guides and step-by-step videos are available online. If you have a question, Mike and Jawn can answer it for you on their blog, via e-mail, or on the wings of a handmade carrier pigeon.
