Co-ed outdoor boot-camp classes use body-weight exercises and high-intensity training to boost muscle growth, burn fat, and tone bodies. The six-week program includes a complete diagnostic assessment of the body, a metabolic-makeover meal plan designed to help build muscle and aid in weight loss, and unlimited support from head trainer Ed Joseph.
Classes are held at Liberty Station on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 am and 6 pm. Nimitz Bridge on Tuesday and Thursday at 6 am and 6 pm and Saturday at 7:30 am.

Ed’s nutritional advice helps educate members to see which foods are healthy, which carbs are positive, and how best to spice up a meal of quinoa and broccoli.
