Ed is awesome!! If you’re looking to get in shape- he’s your man!! His classes are amazing with great people and energy. Working out outside is nice and the locations are beautiful. Ed will cater towards your needs if you have any sort of injury, too! He’s very knowledgeable about correct form as well. 10/10

I don’t usually write reviews and I don’t BS. Mr Ed Joseph is an amazing person with an outstanding workout program. It’s not easy though. His dedication and 1 on 1’s is something u can’t put a price on. He was/is more devoted to me than I was. He build my confidence and I couldn’t let him down. Rare quality in personal trainers. I went from 29% body fat to 22% within 2 months. The real Deal!

I am half way through my third week with Ed and I cannot be more satisfied. As someone who absolutely dreads working out, having a group to motivate me through each workout has been the key factor. Each day is different and challenging. I absolutely recommend it!!!
