Started by three self-described "Vancouver guys," the bakery eschews unnecessary icing or superfluous decorations. Instead, they focus on flavour. The bakers brainstorm endlessly, then test different cupcake combinations until the best make it into a daily rotation of at least 11 varieties. These treats aren't exclusive to a specific gender, of course, but the crafters expect all customers to have the same response to his or her first bite: "man."

Baked fresh each day, the selection of cupcakes includes the chocolate and banana King Kong and the Rum and Coke, a vanilla cake filled with cola cream and topped in rum buttercream.
