We offer a fun, welcoming, and safe environment. Our facilities are modern and impeccably clean. The instructor Kon Ying, is a direct student and close friends of one of his instructors—one of the legends of the sport.

What’s one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Smile and come to class with a good attitude—we will take care of the rest and you will have a super fun time!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I saw the value of martial arts, especially jiu jitsu to people—it increased their self confidence, happiness, fitness, and decreased stress and anxiety.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my students smile and enjoy class while they improve each day.
