Classes are run by a certified military fitness instructor. As a fitness and boot-camp instructor in the US Army, I personally instructed hundreds of soldiers and transformed them into warriors.

I keep my clients motivated by making my boot-camp classes fun and enjoyable, while at same time ensuring that the clients are getting physically fit.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
While in the US Army I saw the effect that boot-camp-style training can have on an individual's health and wellbeing. The best part of being a personal trainer is the fact that you get to watch someone make progress and improve.
What do you love most about your job?
I take pride in watching people gain more confidence while at the same time living a healthy lifestyle. Helping someone become physically fit has a much greater effect than just on his or her body. Helping someone become healthier can often completely transform his or her self-image as well.
