90 Minute Hot stone Massage
Relaxing hot stone massage achieves similar goals to deep tissue massage, getting knots out and reducing pain. The stones are used in place of friction and kneading, making it a gentler experience than a standard deep tissue massage. Flannel sheets and hot cocoa or tea afterwards add to this cozy massage experience.
90 Minute Lymph Drainage Massage
90 minute lymphatic drainage massage. This very light modality focuses on watersheds to reduce swelling or inflammation. Can pick between full body, torso only, arms & face, or legs only.
