What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

A client has lived life in pain with severe calf spams. After x-rays that led to surgery, physical therapy, and nerve stimulation, they were still in pain. At first this client was apprehensive of the results they may see with massage, however after several treatments this client is pain and spasm free.
