I had a 90 minute hot stone massage at Massage Heights Adobe Plaza. It was an outstanding experience. I have been dealing with ongoing back/neck pain, shoulder tension, arm discomfort, tightness in my IT band, so I asked Cara, the massage therapist to focus on therapeutic work. Cara was excellent, and truly one of the best massage therapists! She was attentive, skilled, and intuitive with pressure and technique. I left feeling better and much more relaxed. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. The room felt safe, comfortable, and calming. The only thing that felt uncomfortable to me was the gratuity process. I personally prefer to give tips directly to the therapist who performed the service and not at the front desk. Since I had already prepaid, and paid at check-in, being again at check-out whether to pay again and was asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity felt a bit awkward. I understand that the gratuity prompts maybe a standard practice now, and this may simply be how the system works nowadays, but it was a turn off for me. I believe tipping should feel voluntary and natural, not prompted in a transactional way. Overall, the quality of the massage of Cara made it a great experience!

Jenaro has the best hands I have ever felt on a massage therapist. I’ll book with him every time from now on. I haven’t fallen into a snoring sleep during a massage since I was massaged in Japan 10 years ago. That’s how good that massage was.

Addy is AMAZING! Probably the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. (I get massages regularly once a month). I cannot wait to be back in town!
